We want you to enjoy your Faux Suga garments!
However, we do understand that there will be times where our customers will not be satisfied.
We currently are not offering returns. ​
PLEASE READ ALL DESCRIPTIONS OF YOUR SELECTIONS. SOME MAY RUN SMALLER THAN NORMAL, OTHERS LARGER DEPENDING ON THE VENDOR.

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES REGARDING EXCHANGES:​

PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

THE PRODUCT MUST HAVE ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING.

THE PRODUCT CAN NOT BE CONSIDERED A CLEARANCE OR SALE ITEM.

JEWELRY CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.

PRODUCTS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED IF THERE IS MAKE UP, DEODORANT STAINS OR FRAGRANCE DAMAGE.

SHIPPING POLICY
​We ship from the United States. Please allow 3-5 business after purchase to process and ship. This excludes weekends holidays and major sales. All Pre-Orders will definitely give you an estimated ship date.
Overnight shipping is available for an additional shipping charge of $40. USPS new shipping policy is guaranteed two day. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items and packages that don’t arrive on time after you receive your tracking number .
There may be delays during busy shipping holiday seasons. Express shipping is available
If you have questions about lost or stolen items, please contact your local post office.

Once the package leaves our company and a tracking number is provided,
we are not responsible if the package gets misplaced or lost.
