RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to enjoy your Faux Suga garments!
However, we do understand that there will be times where our customers will not be satisfied.
We currently are not offering returns.
Unfortunately, due to Covid -19 and government mandates, exchanges are not accepted at this time. We are taking all necessary precautions for our safety and the safety of our clients as well. We will definitely let you know when we are proceeding with exchanges.
PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES REGARDING EXCHANGES:
PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.
THE PRODUCT MUST HAVE ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING.
THE PRODUCT CAN NOT BE CONSIDERED A CLEARANCE OR SALE ITEM.
JEWELRY CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.
PRODUCTS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED IF THERE IS MAKE UP, DEODORANT STAINS OR FRAGRANCE DAMAGE.
CUSTOM ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS IF THE PRODUCT IS EXCHANGED/RETURNED
We ship from the United States. Please allow 3-5 business after purchase to process and ship. This excludes weekends holidays and major sales. All Pre-Orders will definitely give you an estimated ship date.
Overnight shipping is available for an additional shipping charge of $40. USPS new shipping policy is guaranteed two day. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items and packages that don’t arrive on time after you receive your tracking number .
There may be delays during busy shipping holiday seasons.
If you have questions about lost or stolen items, please contact your local post office.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions and supply chain issues, shipping time could take longer but you will be notified on that case.
Once the package leaves our company and a tracking number is provided,
we are not responsible if the package gets misplaced or lost.
